NYCDOE: Passport to Social Studies – Grade 11 Unit 6 Text Set

This Passport to Social Studies text set is for the sixth unit of U.S. History and Government, Social and Economic Change: Domestic Issues (1945–present). It is designed to be used in conjunction with the corresponding Passport to Social Studies Grade 11 Unit 6 Guide. The primary, secondary, and tertiary sources identified for each lesson in the set have been selected to support the lesson's objective and suggested activities. For each lesson there may be a selection of print-based texts, images, maps, or photographs.

Members of the Social Studies Department worked with educators and historians to design and curate the materials provided within. This text set can be adapted and customized to meet your students' individual needs.
