In this 45-minute professional learning activity, participants will watch a video titled “Building Trust at P.S. 359” and reflect on the strategies used to build trust in one school community. Participants will brainstorm ways they might adopt similar strategies in their own school contexts.
In this video, a principal explains several of the strategies she uses to build trust with and among the teachers in the school community. Four teachers also explain why these strategies are successful.
