This collection, developed by the staff at P.S 79 Francis Lewis, lays out the systems and structures that support early childhood learning. Resources in this collection include documents and templates that are targeted to building and maintaining a culture a culture of continuous learning, as well as research articles to ground educators thinking around Process vs. Product when it comes to the work of Pre-K students.

This packet, created by The Francis Lewis School, P.S.79 contains documents to support the development and structuring of a Pre-K Program that incorporates various stakeholders across a school community. The packet contains a sample lesson plan that outlines the collaboration between the classroom teacher and the cluster teacher, additionally educators will find a Master Prep Schedule for the entire school that is centered around the Pre-K Program. The school creates it's master schedule around their Pre-K program as a result of lessons learned in previous years where they had done the Pre-K programming last. Educators will also find Pre-K Sentence Stems which are posted in the classrooms to support educators, such as cluster teachers in transitioning seamlessly into the Pre-K classrooms. 

This article is used by The Francis Lewis School, P.S.79 to ground educators thinking around Process vs. Product when it comes to the work of Pre-K students. As not all educators working with Pre-K students have experience with early childhood, this is one of the grounding concepts that the school emphasizes when entering the work.
