Video club: Research-to-practice guide

This Research-to-Practice Guide provides educators with practical steps to create video clubs, in order to foster professional learning and improve classroom practices.

This work grew out of the project Scaling to College & Career Readiness: Leveraging Networks in New York City (2012-2015), a collaboration between the central office of the New York City Department of Education and a school support network that supported 30 secondary schools.

In early 2015, project participants and other educators came together at Collaboration in Action, a citywide event, to celebrate and showcase how collaborative work is transforming teaching and learning. To view a video about the event click here.
