Creating a Welcoming, Affirming and Healing Environment ADA Version

Creating a Welcoming, Affirming and Healing Environment - Inside this month's issue

Each of us experienced adversity during the pandemic differently. After a period of absence from the school building, while continuing the arduous work of teaching and learning at home, you are returning to the school building for the first time. This return will require an adaptation to the routines established last semester. The more adaptions we make, the more it can induce stress into our lives. Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes us feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. We can recover within a healing environment. Healing is what makes it comprehensible to allow us to move forward.
