Student values as a lens for career research

This collection presents Ralph R. McKee Career & Technical Education High School's practice of rooting career exploration and post-secondary planning in students' own values, passions and interests. The series—a total of six to seven sessions—culminates in individual Student Career Pathway Brochures. Students’ values, passions, and interests are powerful hooks, serving as a lens and motivator for extensive, independent career research.
