This collection, developed by KIPP NYC College Prep High School, presents an annual career planning cycle of: students taking a personality assessment, researching a career or interest, and writing a career plan. The particular example is a 10th grade sequence, which incorporates the Holland Code personality assessment and culminates in a career plan in the form of a professional email.
