Move-to-Improve Brain-Based Fitness Workouts

Use these guided musical activities and guide book in addition to the Move-to-Improve classroom-based program, which helps students thrive with daily physical activity. Since these activities are not teacher-led and don't include academic content specific to individual lessons, the activities are supplemental and don't count toward Move-to-Improve minutes.
