The College and Career resources in this collection encourage school communities to organize and engage students and families in planning for postsecondary pathways. The College and Career Planning team has developed websites, toolkits, and resources to provide support to school staff who lead postsecondary planning work in their schools. The goal is to foster college-going cultures in all NYC high schools. This collection contains all of the resources shared citywide.
