Career readiness

This collection contains 12 examples of promising career readiness practices already in place in NYC schools. The College and Career Planning Team brought together a select group of twelve schools identified based on their promising practices for supporting students’ career readiness. Teachers and counselors served as Career Readiness Fellows and developed publications resources to provide support to school staff who lead college and career awareness activities in their schools. This collection contains all of the resources shared citywide.
