Building growth mindsets through career research

This collection, developed by the Young Adult Borough Center at John Adams High School, presents how growth mindsets can be cultivated by incorporating cycles of feedback and revision into career readiness activities. The particular example entails overlaying a peer feedback protocol on a series of lessons in which students prepare for and conduct professional interviews. It culminates with students writing articles about their career interviewees for the school newspaper.
